How we manufacture
Each
pen
in
individually
turned
from
the
chosen
material
to
give
the
best
finished
effect,
we
like
to
think
each
material
has
a
story
to
tell.
When
turned
the
pen
body
is
then
hand
polished
and
finished
to
give
it
a
nice
lovely
sheen
before
the
pen
assembly
is
added.
Once
this
process
is
finished
each
pen
is
inspected
before
being
released
for
sale.
The materials we use
Pete
re-imaginatively
sources
different
materials
to
make
his
pens,
including
a
wide
range
of
woods,
plastic,
milk
bottle
tops,
saddle
leather,
various
acetates
and
resins,
tool
handles,
watch
parts,
railway
sleepers,
historical
woods
including
prehistoric
bog
oak
and
olive
wood
from
Bethlehem.
All
materials
are
from
reclaimed
or
repurposed
sustainable
sources.
Each
pen
is
unique
and
has
a
story
making
it
an
interesting
and
distinctive hand crafted gift.
